Clics started inside a video production agency in Quebec, built for its own day-to-day: tracking every video from shoot to publish, getting client sign-off without lost email threads, and no more retyping Meta leads. It grew into a bilingual CRM with public prices that an agency can install on its own account and own outright.
Clics is a CRM for marketing agencies in Canada: video production pipeline, branded client portal with time-stamped review, social post scheduler, Meta leads and an agency dashboard, in French and English.
Where Clics comes from.
At a video production agency, a single video goes from concept to shoot, edit, internal review, client review and finally publishing. Every stage has an owner, and the client is waiting on an answer. Meanwhile, leads from Meta campaigns pile up in a spreadsheet and approvals get buried in email.
Clics was built to hold all of that in one place: the production pipeline, the portal where clients sign off, the scheduler that publishes once a video is approved, and the CRM where leads show up on their own. It served the agency first, and other agencies after.
What we stand for.
Your data is yours
A custom install runs on your agency’s own Cloudflare account. The app and the database belong to you; if you stop working with us, they stay where they are.
Properly bilingual
The app, the client portal and the notifications exist in English and French, chosen person by person. A Toronto agency can serve Montreal clients without switching tools.
Public prices
Every price is on the pricing page, in Canadian dollars. When we quote a competitor, the figure carries its source and date.

Because an agency owner should be able to compare without booking a meeting. Our prices are public, in Canadian dollars; any competitor figure we quote comes with its source and the date we checked it.
Does Clics say what it doesn’t do?
Yes, on every page that compares. Today Clics has no transcript comments, no payment tracking, no iOS app, and no Messenger messages in its conversations inbox.
