Terms of use.
These terms cover your use of clics.ca. The site presents Clics, a CRM for marketing agencies; prices shown are indicative, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra, and only bind either side once confirmed in writing. Joining the waitlist commits neither you nor us to anything. The laws of the province of Quebec apply.
Clics is a CRM for marketing agencies in Canada: video production pipeline, branded client portal with time-stamped review, social post scheduler, Meta leads and an agency dashboard, in French and English.

The site
clics.ca is operated by Clics. It presents Clics, a CRM for marketing agencies, its two offers and its demos. By using the site, you accept these terms.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes on top. They are indicative: they describe what we offer, but are not an offer to contract. They bind neither you nor us until confirmed in writing. They may be updated; the pricing page always shows current prices.
Waitlist
Joining the subscription waitlist is free and commits neither side. It guarantees no opening date, spot or price; the terms published when the subscription opens will apply. You can ask to be removed at any time.
The demo
The demo is provided as is, for evaluation. Its data is made up and is deleted after 24 hours. Do not enter real information about your clients. We may limit or suspend access to the demo in case of abuse.
Comparisons
Information about other products comes from their public pages, with the source and the date it was checked. It may have changed since; the vendor’s own page prevails. Trademarks mentioned belong to their owners and are named for comparison only.
Intellectual property
The text, the Clics logo, the visuals and the screenshots on this site belong to Clics. You may quote them briefly with attribution; any other reproduction needs our consent.
Liability
We take care to keep the site accurate, but its content is general information. To the extent permitted by law, Clics is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or the demo. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes before the courts of Quebec.

Can the listed prices change?
Yes. Prices are indicative and may be updated; only the price confirmed in writing when we sign binds you. For the subscription, the prices published when it opens are the ones that count.
Does joining the waitlist commit me to anything?
No. Joining commits you to nothing, and it does not commit us to holding a spot, a date or a price for you. You can ask to be removed at any time.
