Workload, week by week
The Workload view shows how many videos each person has on their plate, week after week, plus the backlog still to hand out and what is late. Burnout shows up before the resignation letter does.
Roles instead of favours
Admin, videographer, editor, reviewer, publishing, ads manager: everyone gets at least one role, and roles decide what each person can open.
An activity log
Who moved that video, who dismissed that lead, and when. A second log tracks access. On the Agency plan, “who touched this?” always has an answer.
Offboarding without cleanup
When someone leaves, you switch off their access. The account is deactivated, not deleted, and can be reactivated if they come back on contract.
Escalations instead of chasing
Each pipeline state has an adjustable deadline. Once it passes, Clics nudges the owner, then escalates, so your head of production stops doing desk rounds.
Claude, with each person’s rights
Anyone on the team can connect their own Claude to the CRM. It acts with that person’s permissions and nothing more, so an editor cannot reach sales data that way.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Workload view count hours?
No. It counts assigned videos per person and per week, the backlog and what is late. Clics has no per-task timer; the dashboard measures time spent in each pipeline stage, not a person’s hours.
Can we keep an editor out of the sales side?
Yes. Access is set section by section, and any section you give someone no access to stays closed to them. Their editor role opens straight onto their own editing workspace.
Is the activity log on every plan?
No, it comes with the Agency plan at CA$639 a month. It records who did what and when, person by person, along with a separate access log.
What does the custom install cost for 40 people?
Exactly what it costs for 4: $5,000 in one payment, or three payments of $1,750. There is no per-seat price; the only add-on is hosting, about US$5 a month at Cloudflare, or CA$79 if we manage it.
What happens past 20 people on Studio?
Studio caps out at 20 people. Beyond that, the Agency plan takes over: 20 people included, $8 for each additional person, and no ceiling.
