Privacy.
This site collects very little: what you type into the contact form, so we can reply, and cookie-free visit statistics. It is hosted on Cloudflare. The person in charge of protecting personal information is William Blais, at confidentialite@clics.ca; write to him to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, at any time and at no cost.
Clics is a CRM for marketing agencies in Canada: video production pipeline, branded client portal with time-stamped review, social post scheduler, Meta leads and an agency dashboard, in French and English.

Who is responsible
clics.ca is operated by Clics. The person in charge of protecting personal information, under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, is William Blais. For any question or request: confidentialite@clics.ca.
What we collect, and why
When you fill in the contact or waitlist form, we collect:
- your name and email address, which are required;
- your company name, phone number and message, if you provide them;
- what you are asking for (a call or the waitlist) and the plan you are interested in;
- the page you wrote from, its language, the page that brought you there and, if present, campaign parameters in the address (utm).
We use this to reply, to set up the call you asked for, and to email you when the subscription opens if you joined the waitlist. The source details tell us which pages and campaigns bring in requests. We use none of it for anything else.
Where it goes
The form sends it to the Clics CRM, our own tool, where it becomes a request to handle. Only the people at Clics who answer requests can see it. We do not sell, rent or share your information with any third party for commercial purposes.
Visit statistics
To see which pages get read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookie in your browser and does not follow you from site to site; it produces aggregate figures (page views, referring page, country, browser and device type), with no individual profile.
Cookies
clics.ca sets no cookies. The demo, on app.clics.ca, sets a single technical cookie lasting 24 hours that keeps you inside your demo world; it expires along with it.
Hosting
The site and the Clics CRM are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Cloudflare may process this information outside Quebec, including in the United States. By writing to us through the form, you are informed of this transfer outside Quebec.
Retention
We keep form details while your request is open, then for at most three years after our last exchange. After that they are deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner, at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected if it is wrong, have it deleted, or withdraw your consent to its use. Email confidentialite@clics.ca; we reply within 30 days, free of charge. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Confidentiality incidents
If an incident involving your information presents a risk of serious harm, we notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information, and take steps to limit the damage.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with its date.
