Social media agencies

Run your clients’ social, with their sign-off built in.

Clics is social media management software for agencies: schedule each client’s Reels, Stories and photos to Facebook and Instagram up to 60 days out. A video can only be scheduled after the client approves it in their portal. Depending on your plan, you manage 3 brands, 15 brands or as many as you like.

Clics is a CRM for marketing agencies in Canada: video production pipeline, branded client portal with time-stamped review, social post scheduler, Meta leads and an agency dashboard, in French and English.

  • Solo covers 3 brands in the scheduler, Studio covers 15, and the Agency plan has no brand limit.

  • Facebook and Instagram only. The scheduler does not post to TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube.

  • Scheduled posts go out on their own at the set time, as far as 60 days ahead.

One calendar for every brand you run.

  • A composer with a live preview

Write the caption, pick Reel, Story or photo, and check the preview before you schedule. What you see is what the client’s followers will get.

  • Drafts that save themselves

Drafts are saved as you type. A dropped connection or a closed tab will not cost you a caption you spent twenty minutes getting right.

  • The whole month at a glance

Posts and shoots for every brand on a single calendar, by day, week, month or year. Gaps in a client’s grid jump out before the client spots them.

  • Clients connect their own pages

Each client links their own Facebook and Instagram pages. You never have to ask for a password or pass logins around by text message.

  • Numbers after the post goes live

Once a post is published, its stats come back into Clics, so the monthly client report does not start with logging into ten accounts.

  • No “Happy Monday!” on a Tuesday

If a post could not go out within two hours of its slot, Clics will not publish it late. It is marked Failed, with the reason, and can be retried.

From content idea to live post.

  1. 01 / 04

    The idea becomes a video

This month’s concept goes into the pipeline with its client and due date, then follows the shoot and the edit like any other deliverable.

  2. 02 / 04

    The client signs off

The edit shows up in the client’s portal. They comment at a timestamp, ask for a tweak or approve it, and nobody digs through email for the final word.

  3. 03 / 04

    The post gets scheduled

Once approved, the video becomes schedulable. Your publishing team drops it into the brand’s calendar with its caption and format.

  4. 04 / 04

    It goes out on time

At the set time, Clics posts to the client’s Facebook page or Instagram account, and nobody has to stay up for a 7 p.m. slot.

What the inbox does not cover.

Social agencies live in their DMs, so let us be direct: the Clics conversations inbox does not receive Messenger, Instagram direct messages or post comments. For replying to your clients’ followers, Meta Business Suite is still the tool.

What the inbox does handle well is the agency’s email, synced from one Google account every 5 minutes and sorted into threads, and WhatsApp, which each team member connects for themselves. Your conversations with clients sit right next to their videos and posts.

One more thing: the portal carries your agency’s brand, not each client’s. Branding is set once per install.

Frequently asked questions

How far ahead can we schedule posts?

Up to 60 days. Clics rejects dates further out, which are usually typos anyway, so keep those posts as drafts until they fall inside the window. For a quarterly plan, schedule the first two months and fill in the rest as you go.

Who connects the client’s Facebook and Instagram accounts?

The client does, from their side. Their connected Meta pages then show up as publishing targets in your scheduler, and they never hand you their credentials.

Can a client turn down a video before it goes live?

That is the whole idea. In their portal, they request changes by commenting on the exact moment that bothers them. The video goes back to editing and cannot be scheduled until they approve it.

Does Clics post to TikTok or LinkedIn?

No. The scheduler covers Facebook and Instagram: Reels, Stories and photos. If much of your work lives on TikTok, LinkedIn or YouTube, you will need a second tool for those networks.

Which plan fits an agency running twelve brands?

Studio, at CA$219 a month, handles up to fifteen brands in the scheduler and includes ten people. Past fifteen brands, the Agency plan at $639 removes the limit.
