On Google’s side, Clics connects to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive, not Google Ads. A Google lead form will not show up in the CRM. Clics does not build or run campaigns either: bids and audiences stay in Meta’s Ads Manager.
And the conversations inbox does not receive Messenger, Instagram DMs or SMS. It holds the agency’s email plus the WhatsApp threads of each team member who has connected their number.

Frequently asked questions
Can a client see their leads without seeing anyone else’s?
Yes. Their leads go into their own sub-account, which only they and the agency can open. Another client never sees those leads or the alerts about them, while the agency keeps the full picture across every account.
How many client sub-accounts can we open?
None on Solo, five on Studio at CA$219 a month, and as many as you need on the Agency plan at $639. If more than five advertisers want to watch their own leads, the Agency plan is the one to look at.
Do Google Ads leads come into Clics too?
No. Only Facebook and Instagram lead forms are connected. Clics’ Google connections cover email through Gmail, calendars and Drive files, not advertising.
What if someone dismisses a good lead by mistake?
It stays in the CRM, flagged as dismissed. Restore it and pick up where you left off, with the contact details and the original form name still attached.
Do we need a Meta app to receive leads?
Yes. Leads reach Clics through a Meta app, and each client page has to be connected to it. A custom install includes those Meta connections, along with Gmail, Calendar and Drive on the Google side.
