There are two ways to run Clics. A hosted subscription, from $69 to $639 a month depending on team size, currently on a waitlist. Or a custom install: $5,000 once, or three payments of $1,750, for a CRM set up under your brand on your own Cloudflare account, with unlimited users and no seat fees.
Clics is a CRM for marketing agencies in Canada: video production pipeline, branded client portal with time-stamped review, social post scheduler, Meta leads and an agency dashboard, in French and English.

What the custom install includes.
One price, paid once. After that, the tool is yours.

- Clics deployed under your name, logo, colours and domain, on your agency’s Cloudflare account. The brand is set at install time: one brand per installation.

- Your Meta pages (lead forms, Facebook and Instagram publishing) and Google (the agency’s Gmail, and Google Calendar for shoots).
- Training
- We walk your team through the CRM, the client portal and sub-accounts.
- Support
- 90 days after delivery.
- Users
- Unlimited. No per-seat pricing.
- Hosting
- On your side by default: about US$5 a month, paid straight to Cloudflare, with no recurring fee from us. Or managed by us for CA$79 a month: hosting, updates and monitoring.
And the subscription?
The three plans will be hosted by us. They scale with the agency: more people, more scheduler brands and more sub-accounts at each step, plus a few extra features. The subscription opens from a waitlist; joining is free and commits you to nothing.

Before you buy
Can I pay for the custom install in instalments?
Yes: three payments of $1,750, so $5,250 in total, instead of $5,000 paid at once. We agree on the schedule together before the install.
Where is a custom install hosted?
On your agency’s own Cloudflare account. By default you pay Cloudflare directly, about US$5 a month on the paid Workers plan, with no recurring fee from us. If you would rather not deal with it, managed hosting is CA$79 a month and covers hosting, updates and monitoring.
Who owns the data?
With a custom install, you do. The app and its database live on your agency’s Cloudflare account, not ours; if you stop working with us, Clics and your data stay right where they are. Hosting terms for the subscription will be published when it opens.
What does “waitlist” mean?
The hosted subscription is not open yet. Signing up tells us which plan you are interested in, and we email you when it opens. No payment, no commitment. In the meantime the demo is open to everyone and the custom install can be booked today.
Are taxes included?
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes on top (GST and QST, or HST depending on your province).
What happens after the 90 days of support?
Clics keeps running: it is installed on your side and it belongs to you. The support included in the price ends. If you choose managed hosting at $79 a month, we keep looking after hosting, updates and monitoring.
How many people can use a custom install?
As many as you like. There is no per-seat price: a team of 4 and a team of 40 pay the same $5,000.
Can the portal carry each of my clients’ brands?
No. The portal carries your agency’s brand (name, logo, colours, domain), chosen at install time: one brand per installation. Your clients see their videos and approvals under your name.
